Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SellerSigma, operated by EK Affinity Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service does

SellerSigma connects to your Amazon Ads and Selling Partner accounts and, for listings you mark as managed, generates Sponsored Products campaign structures and creates them in your Amazon account. It then adjusts bids and budgets, harvests search terms, and reports on performance.

You choose how much autonomy it has, per organisation and per listing. Copilot means every proposed change waits for your approval. Autopilot means approved changes are applied to your Amazon account automatically, without a further prompt. Choosing Autopilot is your authorisation for us to make those changes on your behalf. Every change is recorded and visible in your account.

Your advertising spend is yours

Amazon bills you directly for advertising. SellerSigmasets bids and budgets; it never holds or pays your ad spend, and your subscription fee is separate from it. You are responsible for the budgets and target ACOS you set, and for monitoring your spend in Amazon's own console. We apply safeguards — a bid ceiling derived from your price and target ACOS, per-campaign daily budgets, and Amazon's own budget caps — but you remain responsible for the money spent in your account.

No guarantee of results

Advertising outcomes depend on your pricing, listing quality, inventory, competition, seasonality and Amazon's own systems — most of which are outside our control. We do not guarantee any level of sales, ranking, ACOS, or return on ad spend, and nothing in the service or our marketing should be read as such a promise. Recommendations, including AI-generated ones, are suggestions based on available data and may be wrong. Review them.

Your responsibilities

Keep your Amazon account in good standing and your credentials current; you must be authorised to connect the Amazon accounts you connect. Comply with Amazon's policies — we do not override them, and Amazon may reject or reverse changes. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access another customer's data.

Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. We may change pricing with reasonable notice before it applies to you.

On cancellation, campaigns already created remain in your Amazon account and continue to run — we stop managing them; we do not delete them. Pause or archive them in Amazon if you don't want them running. Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on Amazon's APIs, which can change, rate-limit, or fail outside our control. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for advertising spend, lost profits, lost sales, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination and governing law

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or Amazon's policies, or where required by Amazon. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
